SIP (Session Initiation Protocal) is a signalling protocol used for supporting VoIP (Voice over IP).
What Benefits will SIP provide to your organisation?
Local Presence – Because the internet is not part of a local exchange. SIP allows your organisation to use geographical numbers that are outside of a local exchange, for example you organisation may be based at London, but may need a Manchester identity; traditionally with fixed lines, this would not be possible.
Cost savings – Replacing traditional legacy lines with SIP trunks may be more cost effective with lower rental charges and a reduced Pence Per Minute (PPM) rate.
Please note all incoming and outgoing calls are recorded and may be monitored as part of our training policy.
